How to Play the WellFight B or Bust Series (DiaFight UK Edition Example)

Introduction
Step into the world of DiaFight: Balance or Bust! Draw cards that raise or lower blood glucose levels.
Stay in range to score points. Go too far and you’re out!

Goal of the Game
The aim is simple:
Draw as many cards as possible while keeping your blood glucose between 4 and 10 (In other series: 7-180 US Edition, 19-25 BMI, 17-23 Brain/MindFight).
If you drop below or rise above, you Bust.

What’s in the Box
Inside you’ll find:
24 Balance or Bust cards.
2 sets of Score tracker cards.
That’s all you need to start playing and learning.

Players and Time
Balance or Bust can be played solo or with friends.
Players: 1–6
Ages: 8+
Play time: 10–20 minutes.
Great for quick bursts or repeated rounds.

Setup
Shuffle all 24 non tracker cards into a single deck.
Each player starts each round with a blood glucose of 7 (In other series:130 US Edition, 22 BMI, 20 Brain).
Keep something nearby to record scores.

Round Start
On your turn, ask for one card at a time from the dealer.
Adjust your blood glucose tracker by the number shown.
+1, +2, +3 raise your level.
-1, -2, -3 lower it.

Special Cards
Some cards show 0.
These balance cards have no effect.
They give you breathing space and a chance to keep going without risking too much change.

Push Your Luck
You may stop drawing at any time to lock in your score.
But be careful — if you go below 4 or above 10, you Bust!

Scoring
If you stop safely, your score equals the number of cards drawn that round.
If you Bust, you score zero.
Keep a running total across several rounds.

Winning the Game
After three or five rounds, add up everyone’s scores.
The player with the highest total is the winner.

Tips for Play
Balance caution with courage.
Stopping too early might mean missing points, but pushing too far risks Busting.
On average, players score around six cards per round.

Advanced Challenge
If one player draws all 24 cards in a single round without Busting, they win the game instantly!
It’s rare — but possible.

1v1 Play
Playing head to head? Each take a tracker card set.
Draw one card each, at a time.
Keep drawing until you Bust or stop safely and hope the other player busts next draw.
