About WellFight
WellFight is a Community Interest Company that turns real-world health and wellbeing challenges into playable experiences. Through card games, RPGs, and hands-on kits, we spark curiosity, reduce stigma, and help people learn—without the lecture.
My Story
Founded to make health education engaging, social, and accessible, WellFight blends game design with lived experience and expert insight. Our worlds and mechanics are built on the “Echo Effect” principle—every rule, map, and monster mirrors something people face in real life, from diabetes burnout to everyday barriers. The result is play that feels fun first—and quietly teaches along the way.

Our flagship universe, DiaFight, brings diabetes awareness to life through trading cards, quick-play party games, and a tabletop RPG that invites players to explore challenges like hypos, stigma, and tech skills inside an imaginative fantasy setting. Around it, the wider WellFight family—DietFight, MindFight, WildFight, SeaFight and more—extends the same approach to nutrition, mental wellbeing, and environmental themes. Everything we make aims to be easy to learn, affordable to produce, and welcoming for ages 4+.

We co-create with communities: people living with conditions, families, clinicians, educators, and partners. You’ll find WellFight at clinics, schools, and major pop-culture events like Comic Con—meeting people where they already are. Our games are designed for real-world use: demos that work in busy halls, lesson-friendly formats, printable resources, and compact tins that travel.

As a CIC, impact guides our choices—from inclusive design and plain-language learning to practical partnerships that scale reach. We’re building a library of games, stories, and tools that spark better conversations and braver choices in everyday life.
